Judging Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on the Judging Criteria.

Innovation & Practicality

How creative and original is the solution? Does it solve a real eLearning challenge in a new way?

Technical Execution

Code quality, performance, proper use of Articulate 360 features, and overall polish.

Impact and Usability

Can this be adopted by the community? Is it accessible, learner-friendly, and well-documented?

Panel of Judges

Judges would be assigned from Articulate and Stratbeans' team and they would work together to find out the most suitable submission matching the criteria

Participation Guidelines

Team size: only 1 member can represent the project and would be recognized.

Projects must be built using Articulate 360 tools

Depending on the track, participants must submit at least one of the following:

A working prototype
A playable project link
A demo video explaining the solution

All submissions must be original work created during the hackathon window.

Pre-existing projects or previously published Articulate content should not be submitted

Use of copyrighted assets without proper licensing or attribution is not allowed

Submissions with offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content is prohibited

Plagiarism or copying from existing community templates without attribution is not allowed and would lead to disqualification

Late submissions would not be acceptable

Decision of the judges would be binding and final to all the participtants

Participants retain ownership of their project. By submitting an entry, participants grant Stratbeans permission to review and showcase the project for Hackathon-related promotion, unless the participant explicitly opts out.

Participants may submit only one entry per track. Multiple entries from the same participant may lead to disqualification.
